We are seeking a talented and creative interior designer with professional experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to work on diverse projects including residential and commercial spaces. Collaborate closely with clients, architects/designers, and project managers to bring innovative design concepts to life. Key Responsibilities Design Conceptualization: Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and project timelines. Space Planning: Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards. Material Selection: Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision. Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 3D Visualizations & Drawings: Create detailed 2D and 3D design in SketchUp, CAD drawings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. Team Management: Manage a team of junior designers and set design directions for them to take the project forward. Check drawings and set standards for detail drawings. Site Supervision: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, as needed Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh and modern ideas to projects.
