1. Leading the MR functions and reporting to Quality Head. 2. To ensure effective implementation & maintenance of Integrated Management System and product certifications. 3. To ensure social compliance management including EMS, EHS and labour management. 4. Promoting awareness of customer requirements and reporting on the system's performance 5. Review and planning of internal audits. 6. To co-ordinate Management Review Meeting as per established procedure. 7. Responsible for reporting on the performance of the quality management system to the Top management for review as a basis for improvement. 8. To liaise with external agencies/Notified body. 9. Issue and control of QMS Manual. 10. Lead the team through external certification and customer audits. 11. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals 12. Ensure all non-conformance reports (NCR) are closed. Preferred candidate profile Qualification : Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Production/Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing industry. Certified lead Auditor in IS0 9001, ISO14001 and IS045001. Good Knowledge about IS09001, ISO14001, IS045001 and APIQ1. Awareness on Product Certifications like API6D, PED- 2014/68/EU, SIL, TRCU, TSG etc. Knowledge about lean manufacturing techniques, 5S, Kaizen, TQM etc. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Leadership and representation skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Following will be added advantages : Experience in Inspection and Testing of control valves. Knowledge in casting and forging process. Knowledge in special process like welding, Painting, heat treatment.
