The mission is: 1. Creation, maintenance and management of CAD models 2. Development of extrudates and molded parts according to the 3D body data Further requirements 1. Safe handling with the software tools: CatiaV5, CimDB, d3, MS Office 2. Good knowledge in the field of design, construction of rubber/thermoplastic sealing systems (design suitable for material) 3. Good knowledge of the manufacturing side for sealing systems (design suitable for production) 3D Designer: 1. Creation of CAD-Models according to the predetermined design methodology 2. Management of CAD data in Saargummi as well as customer systems 3. Creation of customer drawings 4. Coordination of the CAD data exchange between SG suppliers and customers 5. Construction of test equipment for control of sample or standard parts Product development (additionally): Mounting investigations and evaluation of the sealing systems at the customer Implementation of development works at the customer site Support and technical assistance in tool manufacturing internally and externally Candidate Must have: Proficiency in CATIA (Specially in Generative shape design), AutoCad & Microsoft office.
