This role involves servicing the customers and cross-selling banking products and services. After the initial nurturing period, customers will be assigned to respective Relationship Managers (RMs) or Relationship Officers (ROs) based on their eligibility. Role & responsibilities Acquire new-to-bank customers from the open market through direct sales, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and offer tailored banking solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers for one year, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement. Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries and providing ongoing support. Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and insurance. Monitor customer behaviour to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for smooth onboarding and servicing. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Prepare reports on acquisition, retention, and cross-sell performance.
