Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational norms. Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process. Fulfill the sanction ratio as per organizational requirements. Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager. Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them. Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations. Job Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in insurance is an added advantage. Any graduate can apply for this position.
