Job Description

As a Product Engineering Manager/Senior Product Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include contributing to product envisioning discussions, shaping the overall product strategy, understanding critical and complex product requirements, creating low-level design documents, and seeking review inputs from architects. You will also be responsible for creating POCs to identify the feasibility of new technologies/products, providing technical direction for product research, design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting. Building optimized modules for performance, creating high-level software design documents, and establishing design standards will be part of your role. You will need to provide technical expertise to resolve challenging programming and design problems, participate in architecture/code reviews, and guide the team in resolving complex technical issues. Conducting integration testing, resolving defects/bugs during QA testing, and contributing to technology thought leadership through conferences, webinars, blogs, and white papers are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in training and mentoring associates in the product development track. Your must-have skills include expertise in TAFJ and T24 - Core, while good-to-have skills consist of T24-Private Wlth & Securities, T24 - OFS, jBase Basic, and SWIFT. By leveraging your skills and experience in product engineering, you will play a crucial role in the success of the product development process.,
