Full Time
1. Demonstrate polite, empathetic and professional attitude to all patients/ visitors.
2. Ensure confidentiality of the data and ensure privacy / confidentiality of the patient
3. Deal with ECHS & ESIC (all stations/ regions) , NRHM, all TPA/Panel patients
4. Keeping the record of emergency data/ dead patients and intimation of figures/ statistics to ECHS polyclinic, for verification.
5. To check referral, bill, card, prescription slips etc. and preparing documents for approval of relevant agencies & subsequent tracking.
6. To ensure 12 days discharge of emergency admitted patients, if not, then preparing the discharge letter with respect to the same.
7. Responsible for the railway NMIs for ECHS & ESIC and payment mapping.
8. Scanning of all the OPD and IPD bills and submission of online bills
9. Replying to all OPD bills query, Review and validate claim documents for compliance with policy terms.
10. Manage bill processing, dispute, Payments and all other associated obligations.
