TPA Billing & discharge Executive

This role combines the crucial functions of patient billing and discharge coordination in a healthcare setting.

• Oversee daily billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient bills and insurance claims.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, billing procedures, and hospital policies.
• Submit medical claims to insurance companies and third-party payers.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to process claims and facilitate reimbursements.
• Assist patients in understanding their bills
• Maintain accurate billing records and update patient account information.
• Initiate discharge planning early in the patient's stay, preparing them for a smooth transition home or to another facility.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team (physicians, nurses)

skills required-

• Proficiency in billing software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and procedures (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
• Data entry and management skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,106.90 per month
