As an In-House Trainer at Chaudhari Toyota Cars, your role will involve conducting regular training programs for sales, service, and customer relationship teams. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training modules in line with Toyota standards. Your feedback on training effectiveness will be crucial for continuous improvement, and you will play a key role in keeping teams updated with the latest Toyota products, features, and processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular training programs for sales, service, and customer relationship teams. - Design and implement effective training modules in line with Toyota standards. - Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Keep teams updated with the latest Toyota products, features, and processes. - Coordinate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, HR, or related fields). - 2+ years of experience in training, preferably in the automotive sector. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Certification in training/facilitation will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of Toyota processes or prior experience with a Toyota dealership is preferred.
