Essential Skills/Experience: PhD or Masters or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field with 4+ years of industrial experience. A strong background in pharmacology (e.g., pharmacology, biology, biochemistry, toxicology, physiology) with a proven track record in driving innovative science, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Technical experience in in vitro pharmacological or biochemical assay development and screening (e.g., kinase profiling technologies, radioligand binding, enzyme activity, and functional cell-based systems) applied to various biological target classes.
