Role & responsibilities : You will work with our Tower Structural Analysis and project managers in a fast-paced environment with definite deadlines. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive structural analyses of Towers & Tower mounts to ensure they can support the required loads, including wind, seismic, and equipment loads. Use advanced software tools to model and simulate structural behaviour under various conditions Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing all designs comply with local and international standards of wireless telecommunications infrastructure. Write formal reports and respond to structural questions from clients and internal teams. Document project progress, construction activities, and technical specifications for reporting purposes. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to wireless telecommunications infrastructure. Reviews available structure and loading information to correctly model structures for analysis. Analyses tower structures and foundations using internal tools and analysis software. Analyses antenna mounts using proprietary analysis software. Should have knowledge of fabrication & production drawings. Recommend structural modifications to increase tower and foundation capacities. Provides timely and accurate reporting to manage tasks and update customers. Required skills and qualifications: Education Qualification: MTech in Structural Engineering with Min 3 years working experience on Relevant tool. Must have Structural experience and understand how to prepare Tower Structural Analysis, Mount Analysis, Structural calculations, Foundation Design of Different types of towers, Load Distribution, Material Strength, Dynamic Forces, Safety Standards Compliance, Design Optimisation, etc. Proficiency in design standards such as and international standards like AISC, ASCE, ACI, TIA-222 and is highly advantageous Must have Good relevant Experience on TNX Towers ,RISA 3D (e.g., MStower, ASMTower,STAAD. PRo, ETABS, SAP2000) for structural modeling and analysis. Proficiency in structural analysis, Foundation design TNX Tower software. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and capable of working under pressure. Candidates must have problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision after training. Highly organised, self-starter and open to working on multiple projects as per business needs. Good in time management, flexible to work in shifts and extended working hours. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Well versed knowledge of MS office
