As a Tour Package Specialist, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to assist clients in planning their dream vacations. Your responsibilities will include managing and customizing travel itineraries based on clients" preferences and budget constraints. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end services such as booking tickets, accommodations, transportation, and other travel essentials to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. To excel in this role, you must stay abreast of the latest industry trends and travel regulations by actively participating in seminars and conferences. Your expertise in international travel options, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and excursions, will be crucial in providing clients with informed recommendations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Tailoring travel itineraries to meet clients" preferences and budget requirements. - Coordinating all travel-related services, including ticket bookings, accommodation arrangements, and transportation. - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and safety measures to offer informed recommendations to clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in travel booking software such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport. - Possession of relevant certifications like IATA/UFTAA, TAAI, or IITC. - Ability to communicate in additional languages like Hindi, English, or Punjabi for domestic trips. - Strong passion for travel and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Jalandhar, Punjab. The successful candidate will be entitled to benefits such as leave encashment and paid sick time.
