Position Title: Operations Executive Inbound Department: Inbound Oman Location: Mumbai, India Experience Required: 23 years in travel operations Role Overview: As an Operations Executive Inbound, you will be responsible for designing and managing travel itineraries for clients visiting Oman. This includes overseeing the complete tour planning processfrom itinerary creation to vendor coordinationensuring seamless and memorable travel experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Travel Planning & Client Engagement Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations through effective communication. Provide tailored recommendations on destinations, hotels, activities, and travel logistics. Prepare professional and competitive proposals and quotations based on the clients budget. Product Knowledge & Supplier Coordination Research and build in-depth knowledge of Omans tourism products, accommodations, and experiences. Coordinate with local partners and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and availability. Reservations & Logistics Handle all bookings: transportation, hotels, activities, and permits. Ensure timely confirmations and prepare all travel documents, including vouchers and schedules. Quality Control & Execution Conduct pre-tour reconfirmations to align with client expectations and standards. Monitor live operations during the trip and resolve any issues or deviations quickly. Collect post-tour feedback to improve service delivery. Financial Management Track tour-related expenses and ensure profitability. Manage client invoicing, collect payments, and handle refunds when required. Requirements & Skills: Positive attitude with a customer-first approach Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Ability to plan, prioritize, and remain accountable for deliverables Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage Flexible, proactive, and open to learning Qualifications: Graduate in Travel & Tourism (preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inbound tour operations

The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong business network, and demonstrated success in managing sales teams and expanding regional presence. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance and revenue targets across the assigned state. Develop and manage strong relationships with B2B partners including travel agents, tour operators, and sub-agents. Strategically grow TripJacks agent network by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new partners. Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate closely with central teams (product, operations, marketing, finance) to ensure effective implementation of strategies at the state level. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Plan and execute localized engagement activities, marketing campaigns, and training programs to enhance partner loyalty and brand visibility. Track key performance metrics using CRM tools and dashboards; generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure high standards of partner satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and providing effective support. Represent TripJack at local trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand recognition. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in B2B travel sales; minimum 2–3 years in a team leadership role. Strong understanding of travel products and distribution channels (flights, hotels, holiday packages, etc.). Proven track record of scaling regional operations and consistently meeting sales KPIs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
