Responsibilities: Design and organize tour packages (international). Coordinate with ( B2B Agent )Tour Operators. Handle B2B Agents. Prepare travel itineraries and documentation (vouchers, tickets, insurance). Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide travel advice. Ensure compliance with travel regulations and visa requirements. Monitor and handle complaints, providing timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry, with a focus on tele-sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and customer-service orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills and flexibility in dealing with last-minute changes.
