As a Representative with Intrepid Urban Adventures, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse travelers in the local culture of India and introduce them to authentic life experiences, helping them fall in love with the country. You will be the face of Intrepid, providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable moments for our travelers through activities like guiding market explorations, organizing craft workshops, and arranging meals with local families. As a UA Company Representative, your responsibilities will include hosting, leading, and executing tours in Delhi, India according to Urban Adventure itineraries. You will ensure the successful operation of each trip, prioritize the safety and well-being of travelers, and assist in managing any challenging situations that may arise. To be considered for this role, you should possess proven skills in building relationships, effective communication in English (and ideally another local language), basic computer knowledge, and a passionate attitude towards travel in the Intrepid style. Familiarity with navigating Delhi, India is also essential for this position. This freelance contract position offers flexibility in work schedule, but availability during peak seasons is crucial. The role involves extended hours, significant physical activity, and engaging with travelers, so mental and physical preparedness is key to meeting the challenges of the job.
