Location: Surat, Gujarat Type: Full-time | On-Site Only About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience in Next.js, React.js, and Laravel APIs . The candidate will lead our development team, oversee end-to-end project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality coding standards. This role requires both technical expertise and team management skills to bridge the gap between business goals and engineering execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects involving Next.js, React.js front-end development , and Laravel API integrations . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, marketing) to deliver projects on time and within scope. Translate business requirements into technical tasks , create project roadmaps, and assign responsibilities. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery. Review code quality, enforce best practices, and guide the team in problem-solving. Manage client communications , provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline development and task management. Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize workflows for efficiency. Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team growth. Required Skills & Experience Proven 3 years of experience in project management within a software development environment. Strong hands-on technical knowledge of: Next.js & React.js (front-end frameworks) Laravel APIs (backend development & integration) Solid understanding of REST APIs, database design, and version control (Git) . Experience in Agile/Scrum project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance technical and managerial responsibilities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in managing jewelry/e-commerce platforms (bonus but not mandatory). Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployments, cloud services like AWS/DigitalOcean) . Certification in Project Management (PMP/Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus.
