About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities of our students and professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, capable of engaging diverse audiences, and skilled in creating practical learning experiences that contribute to holistic personal and professional development. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver interactive training sessions focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and other essential soft skills. Develop comprehensive training curriculums, learning materials, and assessment tools tailored to learner needs. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and integrate them into program design. Facilitate engaging workshops that motivate and inspire participants. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs. Provide reports and insights on training effectiveness and suggest improvements. Skills Requirements Prior experience in training, human resource management, or career counseling will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse learners. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and facilitation skills. Creative mindset with a passion for teaching and continuous learning. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs. Bachelors degree (or higher) in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in soft skills (communication, leadership, negotiation, etc.) preferred.
