As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for managing the Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits function within the organization. Your role will involve designing and implementing various compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs. - Analyzing market trends and making recommendations for adjustments in the organization's total rewards strategy. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits programs with overall business objectives. - Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all compensation and benefits practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree required; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred. - Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
