Job Title: Title Searcher US Mortgage / Nationwide Title Search Location: Work From Home Shift: Night Shift (Flexible to work extended hours/weekends when required) Experience: 1 5 years Qualification: Any Graduate Roles & Responsibilities: Strong understanding of Title Search processes (e.g., Limited Search, Full Search, Two Owner Search, Current Owner Search). Conduct nationwide title research with expertise in at least 3 US states. Perform searches using public websites (Netronline, county websites) and title plants (Tapestry, Data Trace, Title Point, Landex, etc.). Ensure accuracy and quality in reports while meeting deadlines. Collaborate with team members and provide updates on progress and issues. Skills Required: Proficiency in Nationwide Title Search . Hands-on experience with Netronline and other title plants/tools . Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
