We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer / Senior Engineer with hands-on experience in robotics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting installation, commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robotic systems, while providing excellent technical support to customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support new project installation and commissioning activities. Program and configure robotic systems to meet customer specifications. Provide on-site troubleshooting and telephonic technical support to customers. Deliver technical guidance and training sessions to service members, customers, and system integrators. Conduct routine robot servicing and preventive maintenance activities. Prepare and submit timely daily and weekly service reports to senior management. Develop and propose AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and spare parts solutions to customers, contributing to business growth. Gather and communicate customer and system integrator feedback to management for continuous business improvement. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) with a focus on robotics. 2 to 5 years of proven experience in robot service, application, programming, and project commissioning. Experience working with leading robot brands such as Yaskawa, Fanuc, Kuka, Torque Robotics, Skytech Robotics, or similar. Hands-on experience with Kawasaki robots is highly preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per company requirements. Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong technical aptitude with a passion for robotics technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. Roles and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on buses, including breakdown repairs, calibration, and overhauling. Conduct fault finding and diagnosis of issues with engines, electrical systems, and other components. Ensure proper functioning of all vehicle systems by performing regular checks and servicing. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any defects or malfunctions.

The High-Performance Computing Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for the overall health and maintenance of storage technologies in our managed services customer's environments. Our HPC Infrastructure Engineers are a valued member of the Managed Services Infrastructure Practice responsible for Tier 3 incident management, service request management and change management infrastructure support for all Managed Services customers. Roles & Responsibilities Provide enterprise-level operational support to Managed Services customers for incident, problem, and change management activities Plan and perform maintenance activities Assess customer environments for performance and design issues and propose resolutions Work across technical teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues Create and maintain detailed documentation Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for storage technologies Work with vendors to resolve storage issues Communicate with customers and internal team with transparency Participate in on-call rotation Completion of training and certification as assigned to further skills and knowledge Skills Required Bachelors degree or equivalent Information Systems or related field. Unique education, specialized experience, skills, knowledge, training, or certification may be substituted for education 5+ years of expert level experience managing infrastructure in high-performance computing environments including configuration, troubleshooting, and best practice. 1+ years of experience with Nvidia DGX preferred. Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) schedulers (e.g., SLURM, PBS, Torque) required. Experience configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Kubernetes. Experience with storage technology (e.g., Ceph, Vast Data Platform) and distributed file systems (e.g., Lustre, GPFS, NFS, GlusterFS). Experience with machine learning or data science workflows in HPC/AI environments Advances experience with Linux operating systems. Experience configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Nvidia/Mellanox (Cumulus OS) switches a plus Experience with both ethernet and InfiniBand networking a plus. 1+ years working with monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana); Elastic Observability experience is a bonus 1+ years working with an enterprise ITSM system: Service Now is a bonus Previous experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef a plus. Managed Services or consulting experience is required. B. Tech/M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering Having 06 to 10 Yrs. exp. in design and development of engineering item, knowledge of material standards, material strength and testing, general awareness of drafting practices and preparation of design package, BOM, drawing technical specification routing sheet and QA plan for oil and gas products like gas lift equipment, drilling tools casing pipe etc. Experience in design of threaded components. Familiar with design software like Ansys, Creo and Auto Cad and capable of conducting finite elements analysis for analyzing the effects of various loads and stress generated in the material and concluding the result. (Stresses due to Tensile, bending, compressive, internal pressure and external pressure applications on the material)
