About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator , and a basic understanding of video editing . You’ll be responsible for creating impactful visuals that drive engagement across social media, campaigns, and brand communications. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design creatives for social media posts, ads, stories, and reels . Develop marketing collaterals like banners, posters, brochures, and email templates. Collaborate with the content and strategy team to translate ideas into visual storytelling. Create branding assets including logos, brand kits, and campaign visuals. Support in basic video editing (trimming, transitions, text overlays, color correction). Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all platforms. Stay updated with current design trends, social media aesthetics, and visual culture . Requirements: 3+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in a digital marketing agency). Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Basic working knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects for short-form video edits. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong visual composition skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of social media platforms and digital ad formats is a plus. Bonus Skills: Experience with Canva, Figma, or XD . Motion graphics or animation knowledge.
