The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production designs for machinery and equipment. Responsibilities - Design, update, and maintain designs using Solidworks - Build Fabrication and Production Designs - New Product Design and Engineering - Manage multiple projects at the same time - Reverse Engineering of new designs based on available data - Guide Production team on design implementation - Locate and identify suitable vendors for materials included in design - Communication with vendors for bought out items Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree - Past experience in OWC machines will be preferred - Proficiency in Solidworks is a must - Should have strong analytical skills - Knowledge of Torque calculations and heat transfer - Knowledge of Hydraulic systems - Should possess knowledge of sheet metal fabrication - Minimum 5 years Experience in Machinery and equipment design using Solidworks You will report to our production unit at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
