Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Kanpur. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, greeting clients, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additional tasks include clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. The Receptionist will also be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Proficiency in Clerical Skills and basic office management tasks Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
