Introduce the company’s services professionally without hard selling. *. Database Management Maintain and update calling records, client details, and call outcomes accurately in CRM or Excel sheets. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity. *. Client Engagement & First-Level Pitching Brief potential customers about the company, its core services, and offerings. Answer basic queries and forward interested leads to the sales or technical team. *. Follow-Up Calls Reconnect with prospects who have shown interest or requested a call back. Maintain a systematic follow-up cycle to ensure lead continuity. *. Feedback Collection & Reporting Collect basic feedback from prospects and report market trends or common objections. Share daily/weekly calling reports with the supervisor. *. Coordination with Sales/Operations Team Coordinate with the field sales or backend team for further lead processing and closures. Schedule appointments or demos when required. *. Call Quality & Professionalism Maintain call etiquette, politeness, and clarity in communication. Ensure calls are engaging but concise. *. Target-Oriented Approach (Non-Sales KPIs) Work towards achieving daily/weekly calling targets (number of calls, leads generated, etc.) No pressure for closures or monetary sales targets. *. Basic Email Communication Draft and send introductory or follow-up emails to leads when required. Share brochures or digital material as per query.
