Tele Counselor (Toprankers | LegalEdge & SuperGrads Delhi & Gurugram ) Location: Delhi NCR (South Extension / Connaught Place / Dwarka / Pitampura / Gurgaon) also Hybrid or Work From Home can be considered Programs: CLAT, IPMAT & CUET About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Counselors who can connect with students and parents, explain our courses, and generate walk-ins for our learning centers. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a passion for helping students make informed academic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads for CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET programs. Counsel students over phone calls to guide them on courses and admission processes. Drive walk-ins and ensure follow-ups for center visits and conversions. Candidate Profile: Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, persuasive, and confident in interacting with students and parents. Prior experience in tele-counselling, education sales, or customer service preferred. Target-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
