Your responsibilities will include preparing pizza dough from scratch, selecting and portioning toppings, assembling pizzas, and managing pizza ovens. You'll need to ensure consistent taste, cleanliness, and inventory levels of pizza ingredients. During peak hours, you must prepare pizzas timely and follow kitchen safety procedures. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Baker, knowledge of various pizza styles, and the ability to hand-stretch dough. Familiarity with different pizza ovens, strong food safety understanding, and excellent knife skills are essential. Working well in a fast-paced environment, being organized, and having good communication skills are also key qualifications.
