You will be an experienced LiDAR Data Specialist with proficiency in Civil 3D, specializing in civil engineering and land development projects. Your main responsibilities will include processing LiDAR data, creating topographic drawings, and managing various project aspects from initiation to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Processing street-level features from aerial and terrestrial LiDAR data. - Creating digital topographic drawings according to client standards. - Performing LiDAR pre-and post-processing, including data classification and elevation system adjustments. - Ensuring quality control on post-processed LiDAR data and meeting project requirements. - Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress, and addressing issues. - Extracting planimetric information and creating surfaces from point cloud data for terrain modelling. - Generating 3D polylines and assigning elevations to structures using Civil 3D tools. - Designing surfaces for various elements with hydrological and topographical accuracy. - Creating 2D and 3D drawings, elevations, contours, alignments, and profiles for roads, highways, and utility infrastructure using Autodesk Civil 3D. - Maintaining project files accurately and ensuring adherence to project specifications. - Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve project milestones. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in LiDAR data processing (aerial/terrestrial) and experience with drones or terrestrial mobile systems. - Strong knowledge of elevation capture, planimetric extraction, and surface modelling. - Expertise in Civil 3D, including 3D polyline creation, surface, and contour generation. - Ability to manage complex LiDAR projects from start to finish. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and project management skills. - Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geospatial engineering, or a related field is preferred.,
