Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for Federal and commercial clients, primarily on W2 tax terms. Effectively work with candidates possessing Secret or Top Secret security clearances. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to support ongoing and future requirements. Requirements: 49 years of experience in US IT recruitment , with a focus on IT , Semiconductor , and Federal sectors. Proven experience recruiting for government contracts and understanding of related compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of W2 tax terms; experience working with C2C and 1099 is a plus. Familiarity with security clearance levels such as Secret and Top Secret . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using job boards (Dice, Monster, TechFetch), LinkedIn, and ATS tools. Bachelors degree preferred.
