You will be working as a QA Asst. Manager / Manager - Machine Building at Kairish Innotech, a technology-driven company specializing in designing, developing, and manufacturing customized machines, medical devices, tooling, robotics, and automation services for various industries. Your responsibilities will include quality assurance, document preparation, designing and executing testing plans, identifying defects in assembly and production processes, collaborating with the team to find quality issue solutions, maintaining test result documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and monitoring machine assembly stages for quality standards. As a QA Manager, you will be developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, creating detailed test plans and test cases, prioritizing and coordinating quality testing activities, investigating non-conformities, and training users on implementing solutions. You will also need to stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in Quality Assurance and Manual Testing in Pharma Machine Building, Toolshop, and Fabrication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and teamwork skills, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field are required. Experience in the machine building industry will be considered a plus for this role.,
