Primary Skill: Software Asset Management, Application Discovery, and Analysis Secondary Skills: Application discovery and Analysis and App Packaging Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field Experience: Proven experience in software asset management, application discovery, and analysis. Strong knowledge of application packaging and related technologies. Responsibilities: Perform software asset management tasks, including application discovery and analysis. Ensure accurate tracking and management of software assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software asset management and application packaging. Maintain documentation and provide training to end-users as needed. Responsibilities Conduct a detailed Application discovery, Analyze, Evaluate. List down and sort by usage of applications. Report the observations. Collaborate with SCB team in the process of optimizing. Utilize relevant tools wherever possible to automate the discovery process Thorough knowledge on the relevant Tools, Its utilization and benefits Focus on identifying how applications interact with each other and with the underlying infrastructure Conduct interviews with stakeholders and surveys to gather insights that automated tools might miss Perform manual audits to verify the accuracy of the automated discovery and to add context Document dependencies between applications and infrastructure to minimize risks during changes or migrations Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement Create a summary report highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations Present the findings to stakeholders, ensuring they understand the implications and proposed actions
