Tools Consultant - L1

Role Overview: You will be working as a Snow Sr. Technical Consultant (SAM Tool expert) at Wipro Limited. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expert and deep technical knowledge in working with the Snow SAM tool. You will be involved in setting up the Snow Tool from scratch in both OnPrem and Cloud environments, including installation, configuration, integrations with other tools, and version upgrades. Additionally, you will be managing different Inventory Sources, troubleshooting issues, and integrating Reporting/BI analytics tools with the Snow SAM Tool. Your role will also include leading a team, providing consulting/advisory recommendations, and front-ending all customer interactions technically and operationally. Key Responsibilities: - Work with internal projects or clients to understand project requirements from a tool perspective - Design solutions considering tool requirements, available tools, and licenses required - Provide budget and timeline estimates for tool development/deployment - Identify sources for tool development and work with project managers for production rollout - Conduct commercial discussions with 3rd party vendors for licenses or tool development - Conduct appropriate testing to ensure error-free tool deployment - Ensure timely deployment of tools within the estimated budget Qualifications Required: - 8 to 10 years of experience working with Snow SAM Tool - Experience in Snow SAM Tool administration, agent installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades - Expertise in managing different Inventory Sources, Zero touch inventory, and troubleshooting all modules/components of Snow SAM Tool - Knowledge of integrating Reporting/BI analytics tools with Snow SAM Tool - Relevant certifications of Snow Tool specific are a plus - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead a team, provide consulting/advisory recommendations, and front-end customer interactions technically and operationally Please note that additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
