You are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer (Lead) with a minimum of 5+ years of front-end engineering experience and 1-2+ years of experience specifically with Svelte or comparable reactive frameworks. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for system-level decisions and should have proven experience in delivering complex Svelte-based front-end libraries or apps. Your expertise should include deep knowledge of Svelte, reactive patterns, and component architecture. You should also have experience in customizing, building, or maintaining design systems such as Carbon, Material, or similar, along with expertise in CSS architecture, automated unit testing, visual regression testing, and accessibility testing. Additionally, you should be experienced with modern bundlers, have strong ESLint and Prettier integration skills, and be familiar with CI/CD pipeline configuration. Collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you will be required to clearly communicate technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders and drive technical direction independently in collaboration with a Senior Product Design Manager.
