The main purpose of this role is to oversee the delivery management of Polymer, Soft, and Rubber Trims in order to achieve Cost, Quality, and Delivery targets for upcoming EV programs. As the leader in this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery management of Tier 1/Tier 2 & Tier 3 Trims (Interior, Exterior), Soft Trims & Rubber system suppliers.
