You should have a Diploma in Tool & Die Making (Preferred from NTTF) with at least 3 years of experience in Mold tool making / Maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: Completing each tool assembly on time and attending the mold test. Collecting and providing feedback on assembly issues for all tooling departments. Giving proposals at the design stage and debugging stage. Handling machines to perform tool adjustments. Using MES to record working hours and ensuring data accuracy. Complying with the EHS policy to ensure safe production. Strictly following working instructions to maintain work quality and efficiency. Completing daily assembly work based on planning with good quality. Participating in 3D review meetings to offer proposals for tooling assembly and product design improvement. Analyzing mold test results to identify tool issues and root causes, and participating in E1 meetings to provide corrective actions. Taking ownership to complete any urgent cases. Having a creative mindset to assist mold design engineers and tooling process engineers in achieving good tool concepts and tooling fabrication processes. Possessing fabrication capabilities to adjust mold components independently, including polishing (B2 -) and welding (rough, not critical).
