Role & responsibilities 1.Knowledge on design tools such as Autocad, Solidworks etc 2. Experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets 3. Tooling Material selection 4. Domain knowledge in Cold/warm forging tool design 5. Well versed in material flow characterization 6. Good understanding on mechanical properties like Tensile strength, Hardness, Yield Strength, Hardness 7. Experience is preparing forging tool kits and managing inventory level 8. Ensure on time availability of tooling required for forging 9. Experience in handling tool room activities 10.Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or any other 11. Familiar in lean concepts like VMI, KANBAN etc 12. Good coordination with CFT to incorporate change management
