Tooling FA Technician II

The primary responsibility of this role is to repair and maintain production tools by utilizing the best solutions, which may include welding or replacing new tool components. Key duties include disassembling and assembling tools, repairing production tools using appropriate solutions, conducting detailed maintenance of tools, and following a specific set of steps for tool maintenance. These steps include disassembling the tool, cleaning components, checking for damage in all components, lubricating tool components, assembling the tool, and conducting water testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of plastic and injection concepts, as well as be familiar with tool structures. Requirements for this position include a High School Diploma, a minimum of 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
