As an Agentic AI Developer/Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered autonomous agents that possess the capabilities of reasoning, tool utilization, and executing long-horizon goals. Your role will involve architecting multi-agent systems that collaborate effectively, integrating LLMs with external tools and APIs, implementing memory modules, and driving Proof of Concepts towards production-grade systems. Collaboration with AI Strategy and Platform teams is crucial to define reusable patterns, guardrails, and agent behaviors. Continuous research and development are expected to stay ahead of industry trends and anticipate upcoming advancements in the field of AI systems. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or AI system development, with at least 2 years focusing on LLMs, agents, or similar paradigms. Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of agentic stacks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel are essential. Strong software design fundamentals, including asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and cloud-native workflows, will be advantageous. The successful candidate will have the ability to transform user stories into well-architected reasoning systems that require minimal human intervention. Innovation and the ability to write new pages in the agentic AI playbook are highly valued.
