About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Tool Management Engineer to support tool development, localization, and lifecycle management for Laundry Care products. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for tool development, supplier management, quality assurance, and production support while ensuring cost efficiency, reliability, and compliance with global standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead new tool development for projects, ratio, and localization. Collaborate with suppliers on DFM evaluation, tool design, trials, and release timelines . Monitor tool performance, quality, and lifecycle; prepare monthly tool management reports. Conduct supplier visits for audits, breakdowns, trials, and process improvements. Manage tool expenses and cost planning. Support localization of parts & assembly equipment for Laundry Care products. Conduct teardown analysis and competitor benchmarking workshops. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Industrial / Automotive Engineering. 5+ years of experience in tooling for plastics, sheet metal, die casting, or automotive/home appliances . Strong expertise in Tool Manufacturing, DFM evaluation, Mold Flow Analysis, Tool Design & Release . Knowledge of plastic injection molding, metal stamping/forming, rubber parts, and packaging development . Experience in supplier development, RFQ, cost evaluation, and negotiations . Proficiency in CAD (UG/NX) ; knowledge of simulation tools (ANSYS) preferred. Good understanding of quality tools and SIR release process .
