Tool Room Supervisor

As a Tool Room Supervisor at the company located in Jigani Bangalore, you will have the following responsibilities: - Achieving Daily Tool Room Targets by monitoring Machine Outputs - Reviewing and controlling Inventory, updating Tool Tracker and maintaining Tool Traceability - Planning daily load for all Machines - Improving cycle time in Machines by selecting Cutting tools and Program Strategy - Interacting with Operators to ensure Safety, increase productivity, enhance Quality, and conduct Tool Box Talk - Maintaining 5S standards and implementing best safety practices in the Shop Floor - Handling SAP Documentation for Material Movements and Internal Movements, updating Rejections - Addressing daily Quality and productivity issues, and ensuring adherence to IATF System/Procedures - Managing Tool Room Consumables as per minimum and maximum requirements Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field - 5-10 years of experience in a similar role Join our team and contribute to the success of our company by efficiently managing the Tool Room operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.,
