Job Profile:- New Product Development (NPD): Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production. Conduct technical audits and factory assessments to validate vendor capabilities. 12–15 years of experience in product development and sourcing, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong understanding of metal types (brass, aluminum, steel, zinc, etc.) and their manufacturing characteristics. Expertise in various manufacturing and finishing processes (e.g., electroplating, powder coating, polishing). Proficiency in reading technical drawings and working with Solid work software is preferred. Willingness to travel frequently to factories and vendor sites.
