We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated New Product Development & Sourcing Specialist based in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will lead the development of new products and identify suitable manufacturing partners. The role requires strong technical knowledge of different manufacturing processes, especially involving metals, and hands-on experience in product engineering, vendor evaluation, and sourcing strategy. Job Profile:- New Product Development (NPD): Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production. Translate customer requirements or internal concepts into detailed product designs and specifications. Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials), prepare product specifications, development timelines, and cost estimates. Work closely with design, engineering, and prototyping teams to create innovative and cost-effective products. Oversee sampling, testing, and final approval for production readiness.
