Job Description

Role & responsibilities Works according to HSE requirements. Repairs efficiently moulds and tooling auxiliaries during downtime on Machine. Doing level 1 and Level 2 maintenance. Ensure 100 % Monthly Preventive Maintenance. Update tool room documents on timely. Responsible for proper 5S in tool room and work area. Knowledge of Plastic materials, Hot Runner system, Injection Molding Machine, Mould Base system. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mould for Automotive Parts. proper knowledge and work experience on tool room machines like lathe, milling & drilling. Flash correction hands on experience. break down and repair maintenance. Diploma in TOOL Room/ Tool & Die Making/ Mechanical Engineering Diploma with Tool Room Experience. Years of Experience: 4 6 Yrs. Sound proficiency in MS office, MS Word tools. Participates in continuous improvement processes and activities. Monthly Presentation-MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown Maintenance. Independently Handling of Tool main activity in absence of Tool room Manager. Problem Solving why - why analysis- Internal & External.
