Tool Room- Junior Toolmaker/Toolmaker

Qualification: Diploma in tool & die making, B.E in Mechanical or Experienced tool makers

EXPERIENCE: NTTF/Others Tool maker with 10 to 12 years experience

1. New tool manufacturing - Stage tools,Progressive tools and Compound tools , Knowledge on new product development

2. Knowledge in manufacturing and maintenance of tooling and CAD.

3. Awareness in quality systems standards like ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 Standards

4. Handling new development tooling and tool maintenance together

5.Awareness in APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, Operations.

6. Awareness in problem solving techniques like 8D, DMAIC, QC story, etc.
