Job Title: Assistant /Deputy Engineer - Assembly Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mold Maker . The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Handling injection molds up to PPAP stage. Coordinating closely with customers for project closure and timely delivery. Managing breakdown maintenance and mold correction activities. Collaborating with the manufacturing team for process planning and smooth mold assembly. Leading design reviews and implementing modifications in coordination with the engineering team. Must Have Skills: Tool Design Mold Making Design Drawings Injection Molding

i) ITI Diploma holder in mechanical trade. ii) Experience of 2-4 years of working in a company undertaking machining operations like grinding , Milling and working in a Machine shop, should be experience to operate machines and handle the measuring instruments etc. iii) Candidate should have a good personality, as he will be a part of our execution team for overseas projects. iv) Candidates with the passport will be preferred.

He will trained the Freshers come in Company. He will guide them to operate the machines. He will tell them the all procedures of handling machines. He will teach freshers to maintain the quality of the products.

*Responsible for mold maintenance, assembly, trials, and repairs—especially hot runner systems *Analyze downtime (MTTR/MTBF), lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions *Execute preventive maintenance, operate machine tools Required Candidate profile *Supervise maintenance teams, support production/quality coordination, and drive Kaizen initiatives *Ensure adherence to QMS, safety, and 5S standards *Apply GD&T principles

Creats programs using mastercam software from 2D/3D data. Post the programs CNC machine,set up tooling via secured fixturing and run the program. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes. Prepare process plan tooling ,fixturing requiremets,operation

Good knowledge of hot runner system & its problem solving Responsible for maintenanace,assembly,trials. Monitoring the MTTR & MTBF of mold downtime , prepare MIS reports and action plans for improvement Required Candidate profile Proficiency in tool maintenance, repair, calibration techniques, blue matching ,suiting,spotting Responsible for the upkeep of molds to reduce major breakdown and production failures
