Essential Duties and Responsibilities Knowledge of all type die maintenance running on above automated lines. Responsible to maintain the dies assigned to him. Handling of Emergency breakdown of all type of dies (E.g. Draw, Trim, Blank, Pierce form etc.) Knowledge of preventive maintenance of dies. Services, maintains, and test new or changed dies. Trouble shooting of dies during production support of the plant automated production lines like Transfer, Tandem & progressive tools. Break down maintenance of dies in house.
