Tool Room Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Tool Room Assistant skilled in milling, grinding, and basic tool-room operations. The role includes handling tools and machines, maintaining tool inventory, and preparing simple 2D drafts/drawings. Candidates should have knowledge of measuring instruments and basic mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate milling, grinding, drilling, and other tool-room machines
• Maintain and issue tools, jigs, and fixtures
• Prepare simple 2D drawings (AutoCAD or similar)
• Support production and machine setup
• Ensure tool room cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related trade
• 1-2 Experience in machining (milling, grinding)
• Knowledge of measuring tools
• Basic drafting skills
