ROLE PROFILE Major and Key Job Responsibilities / Activities responsible for Technical /Functional Perform routine maintenance Troubleshooting & repair of mechanical machines. Experience in maintenance of Conveyors, SPMs, winding, coating and measurement machines Basic knowledge on experience with PLC (OMRON, Siemens, Rockwell) programming and associated hardware, connected equipment and other control systems. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions. Gauge calibration and maintaining records. Backup, Bypass, Quick changeover (BBQ) Identification and always ensuring readiness. Identification & elimination of constraint /Bottleneck in the Flow. Achieving MTTR, MTBF, Availability Targets and Maintenance CPU. Implementing Continuous Improvement ideas. In-House Repair of Mechanical spares. Industrial and General Safety Ensuring safety protocols adherence during machine breakdown. Deliver Technical and safety training to Team. TPM Basic understanding of TPM Concepts. IT Skills Hands on experience in MES/SAP systems. Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, Power point).
