Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines. Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization. Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls. Proficiency in design tools, including CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving: Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges in daily operations. Capable of analyzing and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, procedures, reference sketches, weld plans, test plans, shift schedules, and planning documents. Standards & Compliance: Knowledge of ISO standards, including QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environmental Management System), and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety). Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating or multiple shifts as required.
