Measure dimensions of components and tools using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and Vision Measurement System (VMS) to ensure they meet specifications. Conduct visual inspections for surface defects, wear, and other imperfections. Maintain accurate records of inspections, including detailed reports of findings and measurements. Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., AMS/ASTM/IS, etc.), customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Continuously monitor the manufacturing process to detect and address deviations from quality standards promptly. Detect and document any defects or non-conformities, initiating corrective actions promptly. Recommend and oversee the implementation of corrective actions to address identified defects or non-conformances. Prepare and submit inspection reports and relevant documents to customers in a timely manner, facilitating transparency and compliance. Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement. Assist in training production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and the proper use of inspection tools and equipment. Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to uphold a safe working environment for all. Requirements: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately. Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards. Strong analytical abilities to assess tool performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and customer liaison. Demonstrated capability to identify and address problems related to tool assembly and quality assurance. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations. Experience in tool assembly, quality inspection, or related roles preferred. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification beneficial

Critical Experience 6-8 years of experience in various engineering field related to connector terminal high speed stamping design, product, and process development.
