As an Application Engineer at Tookitakis in the Services Delivery Team, your primary role will be to configure the FinCense platform to meet client-specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include product configuration and customization, data science and analytics support, technical expertise and issue resolution, collaboration and cross-functional alignment, as well as continuous improvement and documentation. Job Title : SDET Location: Bangalore Department: Engineering Reports to: Team Lead/Engineering Manager Tookitaki is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented SDET with 6 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our B2B AML (Anti-Money Laundering) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, software development, and a keen understanding of QA best practices, particularly within the B2B and financial services sector. Roles & responsibilities: Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing. Enhance the existing automation framework and add the new tests to improve test coverage for critical product features. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Quality Assurance Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test scenarios and test cases. Perform thorough regression testing before product releases to ensure quality and performance. Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules based on product requirements. Define and implement testing standards and best practices to ensure high-quality releases. Plan and execute sanity, regression, performance, load, and security testing. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and support) to ensure smooth delivery of features. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing and automation in a B2B technology or financial services company. Proven experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. Experience in API testing and API automation using Java-RestAssured. Hand-on-experience in load testing/performance testing using JMeter. Hands-on experience with build automation tools like Jenkins, Maven, etc. Experience with python scripting would be a plus. Experience with AI and ML product testing would be a plus. Skills: Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker) and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum.
