About the Role TPFU Food and BiteBox Meals are rapidly growing meal-prep brands serving the Greater Toronto Area. We are expanding further and looking for a strong Growth & Operations Manager based in India to manage social media, customer support, performance tracking, website operations, and expansion. This role is for a high-ownership, multi-functional operator. Location: Remote (India) Reports to: Founder – TPFU & BiteBox Hours of working: 3 PM Eastern Time to 12 AM Eastern Time Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Social Media Manage monthly content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok Plan & execute ads on Meta + Google Work with influencers & content creators Track performance: reach, engagement, CAC, ROAS, CTR 2. Customer Support Oversight Oversee CS reps (WhatsApp, email, phone) Resolve escalations & ensure fast response times Monitor refunds, complaints, delays, delivery issues Improve CS workflows & SOPs 3. Business Operations & Tracking Maintain daily dashboard: orders, refunds, complaints, delivery performance Track meal production accuracy & packaging performance Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements Daily coordination with delivery/logistics teams 4. Website & Tech Management Update Shopify banners, pricing, menus, offers Run A/B tests on landing pages Collaborate for feature updates Track CRO metrics: funnel drop-off, cart abandonment, checkout rate 5. Growth Strategy Develop new customer acquisition ideas Suggest retention strategies: loyalty, referrals, better onboarding Manage subscription metrics: churn %, active users, renewal rates 6. Expansion & Partnerships Identify new partner opportunities for city expansion Evaluate, shortlist, and coordinate initial conversations Build playbooks for city-level launches Track partner performance post-launch 7. Finance & Reporting Weekly P&L snapshots Track food cost %, packaging cost %, delivery cost % Monthly performance report for founder Maintain budget sheets & marketing spend optimization 8. Team Coordination Manage small remote teams (support, editors, interns) Assign weekly tasks & track completion Document SOPs for every function Candidate Requirements 5–10 years experience in Marketing / Operations / Growth / Business Management Strong with Google Sheets, Shopify basics, Meta Ads, Google Ads Experience managing teams Highly organized, operational thinker, fast executor Strong English + communication skills Experience in food tech / D2C preferred (not mandatory)
